Write down the expected results of your decisions.
Review and compare your actual versus expected results.
What did you learn about yourself? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? What can you and what can’t you change?
Write down the expected results of your decisions, and periodically compare your predictions with what transpired. When did you develop your beliefs about what you think is true and on what basis did they form; are your beliefs still relevant and useful to you, i.e., are they simply beliefs or are they facts?
